A Note From Your Principals

Can you believe Fall is officially on the calendar? Even though Mother Nature is keeping the thermostat set to "100% Summer," nothing can cool down the incredible energy on our campus! We are well into the rhythm of the school year, and our students are absolutely soaring. 🚀

This past week was a massive milestone week for us with so many fantastic "firsts"! We loved getting to connect, laugh, and celebrate with you during:

🎓 Learning with Leadership – A fantastic first kickoff meeting where our wonderful parents teamed up with the campus leadership team to dive into the big, important topics that matter most for our kids' success!
🥞 All Pro Dads – Incredible morning energy and strong community connections.
🎈 Surprise Attendance Celebration – The absolute best way to reward our Hawks for showing up and giving their best every single day!

Moments like these remind us why we love our school community so much. Building these deep connections and celebrating our amazing Hawks alongside you is what makes this year so special!

Thank you for your unmatched partnership, your enthusiasm, and for making every week a great week to be a Hawk! ✨

Love Your Principals,

Jennifer Hammond and Becca Resop

Hawk Call of the Week

What I love about Herff Elementary is the friends you make, the teachres are really nice, and fun is some teachers top priorities. They help me understand things like reading, math, and fun projects like the one I'm working on right now which is a project were you make cardbard arcade games.
